本文在分析煤炭企业销售管理工作中存在问题基础上，运用科学的预测与决策方法，建立了煤炭企业产品销售预测与决策系统。该系统已在煤矿销售管理工作中应用，应用结果表明，成果对加强企业销售管理工作的科学性，提高企业经济效益具有重要作用。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the sales management of coal enterprises, this paper established the forecast and decision-making system of coal products sales based on scientific forecasting and decision-making methods. The system has been applied in the sales management of coal mines. The application results show that the results play an important role in strengthening the scientific management of enterprise sales and enhancing the economic benefits of enterprises.
