给小鼠腹腔注射Zn盐 ,应用镉饱和法测定肝金属硫蛋白的量。结果显示 :连续 3天给小鼠低于致死量的锌盐与其诱导产生肝MT的量间存在时间 效应、剂量 效应关系。当给5mg/kg的ZnSO4 7H2 O ,12h内肝MT随时间的增加而增加 ,2 4h开始下降 ,3天后则降至正常水平 ;Zn剂量低于 7mg/kg,肝MT合成的量随着给Zn量增加而增加
The mice were injected intraperitoneally with Zn salt and the amount of hepatic metallothionein was determined by the method of cadmium saturation. The results showed that there was a time-effect and dose-response relationship between the lethal dose of zinc salt and the amount of liver MT induced in mice for three consecutive days.
