目的观察盐酸哌唑嗪对单剂量给药的地高辛血药浓度或多次给药的地高辛稳态血药浓度的影响 ,为临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法给家兔灌胃地高辛20μg/kg,盐酸哌唑嗪150μg/kg,于家兔耳缘静脉定时采血 ,应用荧光偏振免疫法测定地高辛血药浓度 ,比较应用盐酸哌唑嗪前后地高辛血药浓度。结果单次给地高辛时 ,盐酸哌唑嗪可延长地高辛的吸收和消除过程 ;多次服用地高辛时 ,在合用盐酸哌唑嗪6h后 ,地高辛的稳态血药浓度显著提高。结论临床合用地高辛和盐酸哌唑嗪时应严格个体化给药 ,密切监测地高辛血药浓度
