目的分析某口罩生产中存在的人因工程学风险,改善工人工作条件。方法使用快速上肢评估(RULA)法,对上海某企业口罩生产工艺进行风险识别,对员工手腕和手臂动作以及颈部、躯干和腿部动作进行评分,汇总后得到最终评分结果,并评估其风险等级。结果滤棉小卷剥离和滤棉小卷搬运两个岗位的人因工程学风险较高,其操作动作评估的最终评分均为7分。采取有针对性的改善方案,包括机械作业代替人工作业、生产工艺优化后,某口罩生产中人因工程学风险被有效降低。结论 RULA法在某口罩生产人因工程学研究与改善中能得到有效运用,预示该方法在人因工程评估领域可能具有广泛的适用性。
Objective To analyze the risk of human engineering in the production of a mask and to improve the working conditions of workers. Methods RULA method was used to identify the risk of masks manufacturing process in Shanghai, scoring wrist and arm movements and neck, trunk and leg movements of the employees in Shanghai, and finally obtaining the final scoring results and assessing the risks grade. The results of the filter cotton small stripper and filter cotton small volume handling two posts due to higher risk of engineering, the final assessment of their operational actions are scored 7 points. To take targeted improvement programs, including mechanical operations instead of manual operations, the production process optimization, a mask production of human engineering risk is effectively reduced. Conclusion The RULA method can be effectively used in human engineering research and improvement of masks, which indicates that this method may have a wide range of applicability in the field of human factors assessment.
