本文谈及了采矿工业中所出现的一般磨损问题以及目前采用的防磨方法。论述了一种新的防磨方法,并与其他方法做了比较。表明采用焊柱工艺和抗磨焊柱来取代传统防磨工艺或者作为一种补充是有益的。可使许多磨损件的使用寿命增加三倍。这种技术既适用于现场,又适用于车间。也较详细地评论了防磨方法和磨损件的冶金性质。报告了试验室的试验数据,以作为现场试验的补充或用来对特定条件下可采用的合金成份进行审定。
This article addresses the general wear and tear problems found in the mining industry and the current methods of wear protection. A new method of wear protection is discussed and compared with other methods. It shows that it is beneficial to replace the traditional anti-wear process by welding column and anti-friction welding column or as a supplement. Many wear parts can increase the service life of three times. This technology is suitable for both the field and the workshop. The metallurgical properties of the wear protection methods and wear parts are also reviewed in more detail. Laboratory test data is reported as a supplement to field tests or used to validate the available alloy compositions for specific conditions.
