在利用频次统计方法研究年龄结构的基础上,首次构建学者年龄网络图,深入揭示了我国情报学领域合作年龄结构特征:我国情报学者的年龄呈单峰分布,单峰区间是24-39岁,峰值年龄26岁,呈显著年轻化趋势;偏好与同辈情报学者合作,青年-青年合作模式已成长为最重要的合作模式之一;26-38岁的青年学者和年轻的中年学者最具合作影响力,36岁左右达到学术影响力顶峰。据此提出如下建议:定期测定情报学者的年龄结构;鼓励和有意促进隔代合作模式;给予26-38岁年龄段的情报学者更多支持。最后给出进一步研究的策略。
Based on the study of age structure by using frequency statistics, we construct the network diagram of scholar age for the first time, revealing the characteristics of age structure of cooperation in informatics field in China: the age of intelligence informants in our country presents a unimodal distribution, the single peak interval is 24-39 years old, The peak age of 26 years old, showing a significant trend of younger; preference and peer intelligence scholars, youth-youth cooperation model has grown into one of the most important modes of cooperation; 26-38-year-old young scholars and young middle-aged scholars most cooperation Influence, 36 years old to reach the peak of academic influence. Accordingly, the following suggestions are made: to periodically measure the age structure of intelligence scholars; to encourage and promote the inter-generational cooperation model; and to give more support to intelligence scholars aged 26-38. Finally, the strategy of further research is given.
