目的对三叶豆紫檀苷在大鼠体内代谢产物进行研究,初步推测其体内代谢途径。方法收集大鼠灌胃给予三叶豆紫檀苷后的尿液和粪便,采用HPLC-MSn分析代谢物的色谱行为、电喷雾多级质谱信息,并与对照品和空白组大鼠对应代谢物比较。结果三叶豆紫檀苷大鼠灌胃给药后尿液中检测到代谢产物高丽槐素和高丽槐素-3-O-磺酸,粪便中检测到代谢产物高丽槐素。结论三叶豆紫檀苷在大鼠体内可广泛代谢,并推测了其体内代谢途径。
OBJECTIVE To study the metabolites of Trifolioides in Tremella fuciformis, and preliminarily estimate its metabolic pathway in vivo. Methods Urine and feces were collected from rats fed intragastrically with Trifolioid. The chromatographic behavior and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (MS-MS) were used to analyze the metabolites by HPLC-MSn. The metabolites were compared with those of control and blank control groups . Results The metabolites Gaolihuai Su and Gaolihuai Su-3-O-sulfonic acid were detected in the urine of rats after administration of cloverleaf glycosides in cloverleaf, and the metabolites Gaolihuai Suo were detected in the feces. Conclusion Trefoil glycosides in cloverleaf can be widely metabolized in rats, and the in vivo metabolic pathways were speculated.
