通过废旧烧结黏土砖再生骨料(下简称“再生骨料”)、石子、32.5标号水泥等原料,制作人行道路面透水砖,以解决废旧烧结黏土砖因孔隙率大、强度低等缺陷以致回收利用率低的问题。实验按GB/T25993—2010《透水路面砖和透水路面板》标准(下简称《标准》),调整水灰比为0.37、集灰比为3.5,在满足劈裂抗拉强度和透水系数的前提下,调整再生骨料的最大比例为1/5。根据以上参数所配制的透水砖28D劈裂抗拉强度大于3.00MPa,透水系数B级,满足《标准》要求。
