为了研究煤层气生产过程中合理生产压差,选取4块沁水盆地太原组煤岩岩心进行应力敏感实验研究,建立了考虑应力敏感的煤层气产能预测模型,并在此基础上确定了最优生产压差。以TY井为例,由考虑应力敏感的产能模型得到的无阻流量为约为理想模型计算结果的71.12%,确定合理产量为0.85×104 m~3/d~1.38×104 m~3/d,合理生产压差介于1.27~2.23 MPa之间。
In order to study the reasonable production pressure difference in CBM production process, four coal cores in Taiyuan Formation in Qinshui Basin were selected to conduct stress-sensitivity experiments and a CBM capacity prediction model considering stress-sensitivity was established. Based on this, Production pressure. Taking the TY well as an example, the unobstructed flow rate obtained from considering the stress-sensitive capacity model is about 71.12% of the ideal model.
