选用4 个光温敏核不育系及54 个常规水稻品种(系),按NCⅡ设计配制杂交组合;用45个籼粳特异探针,对供试亲本材料进行RFLP分析;以籼粳特异RFLP标记及形态指数分类法分析供试亲本及杂种的籼粳分化程度,研究双亲籼粳差异与杂种优势的关系。结果表明:两种分类方法均可将亲本和杂种明显地分为籼与粳两群,分类结果基本一致。但也有分类结果不一致的亲本和组合,在亲本中有1.9% 不一致,在杂种中有20.3% 不一致。两种方法分类结果不一致的亲本为经多次籼粳交育成的品种,两种方法分类结果不一致的杂种多为籼粳交和籼粳中间型品种间杂种;强优势组合亲本之间不但在DNA 水平上差异较大,而且形态差异亦大。
Four photosynthetic thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines and 54 conventional rice cultivars (lines) were selected and their hybrid combinations were designed according to NCⅡ. Forty-five indica and japonica specific probes were used for RFLP analysis. The indica and japonica specific RFLP Markers and morphological index classification of indica japonica differentiation of parents and hybrids to study the relationship between parental indica-japonica and heterosis. The results showed that both classification methods could obviously divide the parents and hybrids into two groups of indica and japonica, and the classification results were basically the same. However, there were also inconsistent parental and genotyping results, with an inconsistency of 1.9% in the parents and 20.3% in the hybrids. The parents with different results of the two methods were breeds with multiple indica-japonica crosses. The two breeds with inconsistent results were mostly indica-japonica hybrids and inter-indica-japonica hybrids. Among the parents with strong heterosis, Differences in the level of large, but also form a large difference.
