针对中国钢铁企业在广泛开展合同能源管理过程中节能量计算问题,对钢铁行业板带加热炉合同能源管理节能改造项目的项目边界进行划分,通过对板带加热炉项目边界内燃耗主要影响因素进行分析,并结合板带加热炉燃耗计算模型研究,形成了板带加热炉节能量测量和计算方法,并对节能量不确定度进行分析。最后以某钢铁企业烟气余热回收项目作为实例,计算节能改造项目节能量,对合同能源管理节能改造项目的节能效果评价提供参考依据。
In view of the calculation of energy saving in the process of extensively carrying out contract energy management in China’s iron and steel enterprises, the project boundary of the energy management retrofit contract for the strip furnace in the iron and steel industry is divided. By influencing the main factors affecting the fuel consumption within the boundary of the strip furnace, Based on the analysis of the fuel consumption calculation model of the slab heater, a method of energy saving measurement and calculation for the slab heater was established, and the uncertainty of energy saving was analyzed. Finally, taking an iron and steel plant waste heat recovery project as an example, the paper calculates the energy saving of the energy-saving retrofit project and provides reference for the energy-saving effect evaluation of the contract energy-saving retrofit project.
