选取市场上某型号无级变速器的金属带产品,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、XRD等试验研究,获得了该金属带钢环组和摩擦片的组织成分。结果表明:该摩擦片是一种合金元素含量低,以马氏体、α-Fe铁素体和析出碳化物(Mn,Cr)_3C为主要相的马氏体高强度钢;钢带的材料是以马氏体为基体相,并有Ni_3Ti和Ni_3Mo等金属化合物析出相的18Ni系列马氏体时效钢;同时发现钢环组每层钢带的晶粒大小稍有差别,每层钢带的硬度不一样,说明各层钢带的热处理工艺不同。
The metal strip products of a CVT of a certain type on the market are selected and the microstructure and composition of the metal strip ring and the friction plate are obtained through metallographic microscope, SEM, EDS and XRD.
