目的探讨全身伽玛刀治疗体部各种肿瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法采用全身伽玛刀治疗1218例,随访3～34个月,分析总结其对各种肿瘤治疗的效果。结果肿瘤综合控制率为89.0%,症状缓解率为84.2%,总体无严重并发症。肿瘤治疗以肺癌治疗效果最佳,肝癌其次,同时也为胰腺癌、肾上腺肿瘤、纵隔肿瘤、宫颈癌、食道癌等提供了一种良好的可供选择的治疗方法。结论只要适应证选择得当,全身伽玛刀不失为治疗体部肿瘤的一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of whole body gamma knife in the treatment of various tumors in the body. Methods A total of 1218 patients treated with gamma knife were followed up for 3 to 34 months, and their effects on various tumor treatments were analyzed. Results The overall tumor control rate was 89.0% and the symptom relief rate was 84.2%. There was no serious complication overall. Cancer treatment is the best treatment for lung cancer, followed by liver cancer, but also for pancreatic cancer, adrenal tumors, mediastinal tumors, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer provides a good alternative treatment. Conclusion As long as the indications are properly chosen, the whole body gamma knife is an effective method for the treatment of body tumors.
