高压共轨喷油器的关键结构参数对喷油器的响应特性具有决定性影响,采用多目标模拟退火优化算法MOSA(Multi Objective Simulated Annealing),基于多目标多学科优化平台modeFRONTIER,并集成液压仿真分析软件AMESim,以针阀开启延迟和关闭延迟为目标函数建立了多目标优化模型,对电控喷油器的关键结构参数进行多目标优化设计。结果表明:针阀开启延迟时间降低了20%,达到0.24ms;关闭延迟时间降低了17.4%,达到0.76ms。
The key structural parameters of high pressure common rail injector have a decisive influence on injector response characteristics.
