本文从内涵式发展概念出发,利用学校内部的资源,通过各种途径,深入挖掘和形成学校内部的发展潜力和发展机制,使学校内部进发出勃勃生机,形成学校特色,推动学校教育发展。根据学校的具体情况我从以下三方面:让“智慧课堂”成为学校内涵发展的亮点、让“文化建设”成为学校内涵发展的丰厚底蕴、让“教师成长”成为学校内涵发展的基石,以此来助推学校在内涵式发展之路上阔步前进,全面实现学校教育发展。
Based on the concept of connotation development, this paper makes use of various resources to find out the development potential and development mechanism within the school by various means so that the internal development of school will be full of vigor and vitality, forming the characteristics of the school and promoting the development of school education.
