Objective To study the clinical effect of detecting lysophosphatidic acid and D-dimer in predicting progressive stroke. Methods 40 patients with progressive stroke (observation group) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) were selected to detect and compare the levels of lysophosphatidic acid and D-dimer in both groups. Results The levels of lysophosphatidic acid and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of lysophosphatidic acid and D-dimer levels can be used to guide the treatment of advanced stroke in the late stage and to monitor the effect of treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
