据调查,我国水土流失面积356万km2,占国土面积37%,量大面广,危害严重。水土流失遍布全国各地,不仅发生在山区、丘陵区、风沙区,而且平原地区和沿海地区也存在。水利工程的建设周期长,在施工期间因气候等因素引起水土流失的概率大;建设规模大、施工占地面积大,施工占地一般数平方公里到数十平方公里不等;开挖工程量大、堆(弃)渣量大。水利工程的施工、运行过程中如不能很好地做好水土保持工作,就会新增大量的水土流失。预防和治理水土流失,维护和改善生态环境,是当前我国生态建设的一项重要而紧迫的任务。以廊坊市广阳区更生闸重建工程为例,预测该工程建设期水土流失量,并分析防治措施。
