农村基层组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础。近年来,通过各级党组织的共同势力,大多数基层党组织的影响力、疑聚力、战斗力得到增强,在农村两个文明建设中较好地发挥了领导核心作用和战斗堡垒作用。但是,随着农村改革的不断深化和社会主义市场经济的不断发展,农村基层组织也面临着新的挑战和考验。在新的形势和任务面前,如何进一步强化农村基层组织的整体功能,笔者认为关键是要按照“三个代表”的要求,坚持做到“四心”并重。 Rural grassroots organizations are the basis for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness in rural areas. In the face of the new situation and tasks, how to further strengthen the overall functions of grassroots organizations in rural areas? The author believes that the key is to adhere to the “four hearts” principle and to the principle of “three represents.”
