目的探讨采用HPLC法测定黄连单煎液中小檗碱含量的方法与可行性。方法在345nm检测波长条件下采用HPLC法对黄连单煎液中小檗碱进行干扰试验、线性试验、精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验以及回收率试验。结果在既定检测波长条件下,小檗碱峰能与阴性对照溶液的所有色谱峰分离良好,对照品液在20~100μg/ml的浓度范围内具良好线性关系,其他相关试验均表现良好。结论可在此类黄连单煎液中将HPLC法作为其质量标准含量测定项下的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the method and feasibility of HPLC determination of berberine in Coptis Chinensis decoction. Methods The interference test, linearity test, precision test, stability test, repeatability test and recovery test of berberine in Coptis Chinensis Franch were carried out by using HPLC method under the detection wavelength of 345nm. Results All peaks of berberine peak and negative control solution were well separated under the given detection wavelength. The control solution had a good linearity in the concentration range of 20-100 μg / ml, and all the other related experiments performed well. Conclusion In this type of Coptis decoction, the HPLC method can be used as the ideal method for the determination of its standard content of quality.
