小学数学个性化辅导的技巧分析

我国的教育改革一直是进行时,所以教育部对教师提出了更高的要求,已经不再是简单的授业解惑,还要注重培养学生的思维能力、自学能力和实践运用能力等等。在传统的教育模式下,学生之间的能力差异并没有凸显出来,再加上国情的限制,我国绝大多数都是实行的大班化教学,这对于发展学生的个性非常不利,甚至会制约学生的成长。因此,本文对小学数学个性化教学进行了分析,希望能够推动小学数学改革的深入开展,促进教学质量的提升。 The education reform in our country has always been carried out. Therefore, the Ministry of Education put forward higher requirements on teachers. It is no longer a simple solution to the problem of teaching but also focuses on cultivating students’ ability of thinking, self-learning and practical application. In the traditional mode of education, the differences in ability between students are not highlighted, coupled with the limitations of national conditions, the vast majority of our country is the implementation of the large class teaching, which is very unfavorable for the development of student personality, and even restrict students Growth. Therefore, this paper analyzes the personalization of primary school mathematics teaching, hoping to promote the deepening of mathematics reform in primary schools and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
