目的 探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床诊治特点及中西医结合治疗的效果。方法 3 1例术后早期炎性肠梗阻均经胃肠减压、应用中药厚朴三味汤、生长抑素、肾上腺皮质激素、胃肠外营养、穴位封闭等中西医结合保守治疗。观察治疗后痊愈时间 ,有无手术情况及并发症发生。结果 全部痊愈 ,平均治愈时间 9 8d ,随访 6个月～ 1年 6个月无复发。结论 术后早期炎性肠梗阻具有典型肠梗阻症状、体征 ,病理特点为肠壁炎性水肿 ,肠壁间炎症粘连 ,治疗采用中西医结合治疗可缩短平均治愈时间 ,防止远期粘连性肠梗阻发生
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction and the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 3 cases of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction by gastrointestinal decompression, the application of Chinese herbal medicine Magnolia Soup, somatostatin, adrenocorticotropic hormone, parenteral nutrition, acupuncture points and other conservative treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Observe the recovery time after treatment, with or without surgery and complications. All the results were cured, the average healing time 9 8d, followed up for 6 months to 1 year 6 months without recurrence. Conclusions Early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction has the typical symptoms of intestinal obstruction, signs, pathological features of intestinal wall inflammatory edema, inflammation of the intestine adhesion, the treatment of Integrative Medicine can shorten the average healing time to prevent long-term adhesive intestinal obstruction occur
