本文报道以改进方法生物合成PGE_2。并以自行设计和改进的两对新的展开剂,用于PG的硝酸银浸润硅胶G的薄层层析鉴定和定量测定,以及克量PGE_2和PGE_1的柱层析分离,可以获得PGE_2与PGE_1结晶,方法简便。产品经熔点、薄层层祈,质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等分析均与文献一致。产品应用于中期引产2,600多例,足月和过期引产数百例,成功率可达97~99%;用于抗早早孕50多例也有一定效果;用于支气管哮喘和喘息性慢性气管炎的平喘作用近200例也有一定疗效,有效率77.5%。
This article reports the improved method of biosynthesis of PGE_2. Two pairs of new developing agents designed and improved by ourselves were identified and quantitatively determined by thin-layer chromatography of silver nitrate-impregnated silica gel G on PG, and column chromatographic separation of PGE_2 and PGE_1 at the same time. PGE_2 and PGE_1 Crystallization, the method is simple. Melting point of the product, the layers pray, mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and other analysis are consistent with the literature. Products used in mid-term more than 2,600 induced abortion, full-term and expired induction of labor hundreds of cases, the success rate of up to 97 to 99%; for early pregnancy more than 50 cases also have some effect; for bronchial asthma and asthmatic chronic bronchitis Antiasthmatic effects of nearly 200 cases also have a certain effect, effective rate of 77.5%.
