本文介绍一种适用于工农业自动控制用的温度测量、控制仪(简称测控仪)。特点是电路简单,无需进行温度测试及标定,制作方便。该测控仪测量、控制温度为2~100℃ ,精度可达±3℃以内。温度传感器LM35D简介 LM35D是一种输出与摄氏温度成比例的温度传感器,其灵敏度为10mv/℃;工作温度范围0~100℃(在100℃时输出为1.0V);工作电压范围宽:4~30V;精度±1℃;线性度好(最大非线性误差为±0.5C);静态电流小(典型值为80μA);输出阻抗低;在1mA负载时为0.1Ω。另外,它最大的特点是无外围元件,也无需校正。该器件为TO-92封装,其外形、管脚功能及典型应用电路如图1所示。
