目的检测骨肉瘤组织中P27的表达,分析P27对骨肉瘤的临床诊断、治疗及预后的意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测54例骨肉瘤组织中P27的表达,并对所有病例的5年存活情况进行随访。结果54例骨肉瘤患者中有40例(74.0%)P27表达阳性,P27的表达与肿瘤体积的大小,Price′s分级,Dahlin′s组织学分型等无关(P>0.05),与骨肉瘤的复发或转移以及患者的预后相关(P<0.05)。结论P27可作为一个新的指标,用于骨肉瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断。 Objective To detect the expression of P27 in osteosarcoma tissues and to analyze the significance of P27 in clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma. Methods The expression of P27 in 54 cases of osteosarcoma was detected by immunohistochemistry and the 5-year survival of all cases were followed up. Results P27 expression was positive in 40 (74.0%) of 54 osteosarcoma patients. The expression of P27 was not associated with tumor size, Price’s classification, Dahlin’s histological type, etc. (P> 0.05) Recurrence or metastasis, and patient prognosis (P <0.05). Conclusion P27 can be used as a new index for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma.
