淋巴肉瘤细胞白血病(ＬＣＬ)又称淋巴瘤细胞白血病,是恶性淋巴瘤(主要是非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤)病程后期,恶性肿瘤细胞播散至骨髓及血液所致的白血病,国内外对此类白血病尚无疗效肯定的化疗方案。我科于1996年4月起用ＣＯＡＮＰ方案配合国产ｒｈＧＣＳＦ(重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子)
Lymphoma cell leukemia (LCL), also known as lymphoma cell leukemia, is a leukemia caused by the spread of malignant tumor cells to the bone marrow and blood in the later stages of the malignant lymphoma (mainly non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma). There is no curative chemotherapy regimen for leukemia. Our department began to use COANP protocol in conjunction with domestic rhGCSF (recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) in April 1996.
