目的总结磁共振定量技术在腹部实质性脏器铁过载中的研究进展。方法通过复习国内外相关文献,总结磁共振定量技术和其他检查在铁过载研究中的现状及进展。结果 MRI多种序列检查技术已经改变了多种器官铁过载的研究模式,其在腹部实质性脏器铁过载的影像学诊断中有重要的临床意义。目前用于检测铁过载的MRI方法主要有:信号强度测量法[包括信号强度比(signal intensity ratio,SIR)和同反相位信号强度差异]、T2/R2测量法(如多回波mapping技术和Ferri Scan技术)、T2~*/R2~*测量法、Dixon及其衍生技术、超短回波时间(UTE)成像技术及磁敏感加权成像(包括常规磁敏感加权成像和定量磁敏感成像)。结论磁共振定量技术有望成为肝铁过载的首选检查方法,并有助于提高铁过载致胰腺损伤的早期检出率。
Objective To summarize the progress in the quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRS) technique in iron overload of the abdominal viscera. Methods By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, summarize the status quo and progress of MR quantification and other examinations in the study of iron overload. Results Multiple MRI examinations have changed the research mode of iron overload in a variety of organs. It has important clinical significance in the imaging diagnosis of iron overload in real abdominal organs. Currently used to detect iron overload MRI methods are: signal strength measurement [including the signal intensity ratio (signal intensity ratio, SIR) and the opposite phase signal strength difference], T2 / R2 measurement (such as multiple echo mapping technology And Ferri Scan technology), T2 ~ * / R2 ~ * measurement, Dixon and its derivative technology, ultrashort echo time (UTE) imaging and magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging (including conventional magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging and quantitative magnetic susceptibility imaging) . Conclusion Quantitative magnetic resonance imaging technology is expected to be the first choice of liver iron overload test and help to improve the early detection rate of iron overload induced pancreatic injury.
