随着社会经济的发展与全球化进程的加快,企业所面临的外部经营环境日益变得复杂多变,相当一部分的企业已进入了一种超竞争的状态。即是指在激烈的市场竞争中,公司的竞争优势的创造与毁灭也正在以加速的形式进行,竞争者保持竞争优势的时间正在不断缩短。战略风险是每个企业在全球化浪潮中无法回避的现实性问题,企业要想获得长远的发展,就必须解决好战略风险问题。长期的发展实践表明,解决好企业战略风险的管理问题,将有助于提升企业的核心竞争力。本文对战略变化的概念与特征进行了分析,并对风险管理视角下企业战略制定中存在的问题以及风险视角下企业战略变化的诱发路径进行了重点阐述。
With the social and economic development and the acceleration of globalization, the external business environment faced by enterprises is increasingly becoming complicated and changeable. A considerable part of the enterprises have entered a state of super-competition. This means that in the fierce market competition, the creation and destruction of the company’s competitive advantages are also being accelerated. The time for competitors to maintain their competitive advantage is constantly shortening. Strategic risk is the reality that every enterprise can not avoid in the wave of globalization. If enterprises want to gain long-term development, they must solve the strategic risk problem. Long-term development practice shows that solving the management problems of corporate strategic risk will help improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of strategic change, and emphatically expounds the existing problems in the formulation of corporate strategy in the perspective of risk management and the evading path of corporate strategy under the risk perspective.
