采用OM、SEM及EDS研究了均匀化处理对铸态GH4738合金的晶粒尺寸、偏析程度、组织及热变形行为的影响,分析了经热压缩变形实验后合金的偏析程度、晶粒尺寸,以及再结晶程度,并绘制应力应变曲线,考察合金的变形抗力。结果表明,均匀化处理过程中,样品晶粒直径增大,偏析程度减小。部分均匀化处理后的样品,再结晶程度较高,变形抗力较小。建议采取部分均匀化处理的方式,保留少量的枝晶组织在样品中,这样既可节约能源,又可提高开坯的再结晶率。
The effects of homogenization treatment on the grain size, segregation degree, microstructure and hot deformation behavior of as-cast GH4738 alloy were investigated by OM, SEM and EDS. The segregation degree, grain size, Degree of recrystallization, and draw the stress-strain curve to examine the deformation resistance of the alloy. The results show that during the homogenization process, the grain size of the sample increases and the degree of segregation decreases. Part of the sample after homogenization, high degree of recrystallization, deformation resistance smaller. Proposed to take part of the uniform treatment approach, retaining a small amount of dendrites in the sample, so as to save energy, but also improve the rate of recrystallization billet.
