应用于不同使用场合的工业橡胶制品常选择炭黑作为填料。白色或彩色胶料则常用陶土和硅酸盐等天然填料,需要高度补强时,还要用沉淀法白炭黑与硅烷偶联剂联用。该文关注的是在三种不同的弹性体体系中白炭黑-硅烷填料系统的补强作用,并用一些炭黑填充胶料作为参比。首先按照胶料的静态和动态性能,对典型的白炭黑填充NBR胶辊胶料中的硫黄官能化硅烷进行了考察;随后分别采用一种乙烯基硅烷和一种活化剂对过氧化物硫化的EPDM和EPM的交联效率进行了研究;最后,考察了使用和不使用硅烷偶联剂并采用金属氧化物硫化的氯丁橡胶胶料。
Used in different occasions, industrial rubber products often choose carbon black as a filler. White or color rubber is often used clay and silicate and other natural fillers, need a high degree of reinforcement, but also with the precipitation of silica and silane coupling agent. This article focuses on the reinforcing effect of the silica-silane filler system in three different elastomer systems and uses some carbon black filler as a reference. First, based on the static and dynamic properties of the compound, the typical silica-filled sulfur-functionalized silane in the NBR rubber compound was examined; followed by the use of a vinylsilane and an activator to cure the peroxide EPDM and EPM were studied. Finally, the neoprene sizing with and without the use of a silane coupling agent and with metal oxide vulcanization was investigated.
