随着医院自身的不断发展,其自身对人才和人力资源的需求也日益增加。大学生是青年一辈的佼佼者,已经越来越受到医院的重视,大多数医院都会在每年的大学生毕业季去医学院校进行校园招聘。但是,每所学校的大学生人数众多,如何从中挑选出有真材实干,专业素质过硬的学生就成为了一个难题。因此,医院如何在校园招聘中抢占先机,争夺到最优秀的大学毕业生就成为了一个医院人力资源管理的重要课题。尤其是对于一些专业招收人数少,专业性要求极其高的行业来说,更是如此。
