吴起采油厂联合站大罐现有的排泥技术无法实现罐底污泥的有效排放,必须采取人工定期清理,这不仅影响了沉降罐和污水罐的正常运行,导致污水处理水质不达标,还增加了系统的运行能耗。本文通过对国内大罐排泥技术进行对比分析,以及借鉴周边油田成熟的排泥技术,针对吴起采油厂的油泥形成特性,实施了适合吴起采油厂大罐排泥的技术改造。
The existing sluice technology of the large tank of the joint station of Wuqi Oil Production Plant can not realize the effective discharge of the sludge on the tank bottom and must be regularly and manually cleaned. This not only affects the normal operation of the sedimentation tank and the sewage tank, resulting in the non-compliance of the sewage treatment water quality, Increase the system’s operating energy consumption. In this paper, through comparative analysis of domestic large tank sludge technology, and drawing on the mature mud technology in the surrounding oil fields, in view of the sludge formation characteristics of Wuqi Oil Production Plant, the technical innovation of large tank sludge disposal for Wuqi Oil Production Plant has been implemented.
