根据锻造厂的锻造生产需求,探索具有特殊自动夹具的机器人应用,替代人工操作的自由锻打,使劳动力脱离高危险和恶劣的工作环境,提高锻造车间的管理质量。三维设计以自动夹具为核心的机器人,加持锻件坯料,操作空气锤,完成基本的自由锻成型动作。用软件进行机构仿真,模拟自动夹具的工作情况。总结此机器人的实际应用效果。
