造血干细胞移植可治愈慢性髓系白血病(CML),本文报告了无关供髓移植治疗CML的结果。 方法 病人共196例,临床表现、细胞形态、细胞遗传学(Pb染色体全部阳性)均符合CML,且在慢性期。男100例,女96例,中位年龄35岁(1～55岁),从诊断到移植的中位时间1.4年(1～14.6年);无关供髓者男112例,女84例,其中无妊娠史26例、≥1次妊娠56例、不详2例,中位年龄38岁(19～58岁)。骨髓配型:HLA-A、B和DRBI匹配152例(78％),A点不匹配10
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can cure chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). This article reports the results of unrelated myeloid transplantation in the treatment of CML. Methods A total of 196 patients were involved. Clinical manifestations, cell morphology, and cytogenetics (all Pb chromosome positives) were consistent with CML and were chronic. There were 100 males and 96 females. The median age was 35 years (range, 1 to 55 years). The median time from diagnosis to transplantation was 1.4 years (1 to 14.6 years). There were 112 males and 84 females who were unrelated to the donor. There were 26 cases of pregnancy history, 56 cases of ≥1 pregnancy, and 2 cases of unknown. The median age was 38 years old (19-58 years old). Bone marrow matching: HLA-A, B, and DRBI matching 152 cases (78%), point A does not match 10
