目的观察突发性耳聋（突聋）患者治疗前后的红细胞变形性变化。方法配置红细胞悬液，使用ＬＧ—１９０型细胞流变仪和激光衍射仪对其进行检测。以红细胞最大变形指数ＤＩ表示。结果突聋患者ＤＩ治疗前明显低于治疗后，两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论突聋患者及时做红细胞变形性检测有利于患者及时治疗并康复
Objective To observe the changes of erythrocyte deformability in patients with sudden deafness (sudden deafness) before and after treatment. Methods Erythrocyte suspensions were prepared and tested using LG-190 cell rheometer and laser diffractometer. Red blood cells to the maximum deformation index DI said. Results Patients with sudden deafness had a significantly lower DI before treatment than those before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion sudden deaf patients in a timely manner to do red cell deformability test is conducive to timely treatment and recovery of patients
