目的 了解米粉卫生状况,规范米粉生产经营活动,保障食用者安全、卫生。方法 对广西5个市、64 个县的米粉生产、销售单位卫生状况进行调查。结果 广西米粉存在的主要卫生问题是:卫生设施不足,细菌、大肠菌群污染严重,非法使用非食品添加剂现象较普遍。结论 米粉生产的卫生状况差,建议制订米粉生产规范和卫生标准。
Objective To understand the health status of rice noodles, regulate the production and business activities of rice noodles, and ensure the safety and hygiene of food users. Methods The health status of rice flour production and sales units in 5 cities of Guangxi and 64 counties was investigated. Results The main health problems of Guangxi rice noodles are: inadequate sanitation facilities, serious pollution of bacteria and coliform bacteria, and widespread use of non-food additives. Conclusion The poor health status of rice noodles production, it is recommended to develop rice noodles production practices and health standards.
