采用随机区组设计,对3个高世代(T5)的转基因杂交后代及供体亲本进行农艺性状及抗性的分析比较。结果表明,品系BN4和BN8的每穗实粒数、总粒数、结实率均极显著高于对照,品系BN10的每株有效穗数和结实率显著或极显著增加。3个参试品系对白叶枯病的抗性达到3~5级,显著高于对照,纹枯病发病率也明显低于对照;各参试品系对二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟都具有很高抗性,抗虫效果十分显著。因此,综合各品系的农艺性状和产量性状、抗病性和抗虫性,以BN4的表现较好,其次是BN8和BN10。
Randomized block design was used to analyze agronomic traits and resistance of three high-generation (T5) transgenic hybrid progeny and their donor parents. The results showed that the number of grain per panicle, total grain number and seed setting rate of lines BN4 and BN8 were significantly higher than those of the control lines. The effective panicles per panicle and the seed setting rate of line BN10 were significantly or extremely significantly increased. The resistance of the three tested lines to the bacterial blight reached 3-5, which was significantly higher than that of the control, and the incidence of sheath blight was also significantly lower than that of the control. All the tested lines had the resistance to the rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis) and the rice leaf roller High resistance, insect resistance effect is very significant. Therefore, combining the agronomic traits and yield traits, disease resistance and insect resistance of each line, BN4 performed better, followed by BN8 and BN10.
