目的探讨大鼠喉移植改进模型的可行性。方法近交系F344大白鼠80只,分为2组,对照组采用Strome喉移植模型,实验组保留咽升动脉,供体大鼠双侧颈总动脉分别与受体大鼠颈总动脉和颈前静脉行端端吻合,比较2组术后动静脉通畅率及移植喉存活率。结果对照组的动、静脉通畅率和移植喉存活率分别为30%、15%、30%,实验组为75%、65%、80%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论改进的大鼠喉移植模型提高了受体鼠和移植喉的存活率,能更好地进行喉移植抗免疫排斥研究。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of improved model of rat laryngeal transplantation. Methods 80 inbred F344 rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with Strome laryngeal transplantation. The experimental group retained pharyngeal ascending artery. The bilateral common carotid arteries of donor rats and common carotid artery Anterograde anastomosis was performed at the end of the anterior vein to compare the rate of arteriovenous patency and graft laryngeal survival after operation. Results The rates of arterial and venous patency and graft laryngeal survival in the control group were 30%, 15% and 30%, respectively. The experimental group was 75%, 65% and 80% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The improved rat laryngeal transplantation model can improve the survival rate of recipient rat and transplantation larynx, and can better study the anti-rejection of laryngeal transplantation.
