心钠素(ANP)具有较强的利钠、利尿和舒张血管平滑肌的作用。本文研究垂体前叶激素对急性血容量扩张导致 ANP 分泌的调节作用。给10～12周雄性大鼠1分钟内输入37℃的5%右旋糖酐(20ml/kg),所产生的急性血容量扩张作为刺激因素,测定刺激前、后的血 ANP 含量。ANP 测定用双抗体放射免疫分析法,Sep-Pak C_(18)层析柱提取ANP。实验过程中持续观察血压和心率的变化,各组大鼠设立模拟手术的对照。
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) has a strong sodium, diuretic and vasodilator effects of vascular smooth muscle. This article studies the regulation of anterior pituitary hormones on acute exacerbation of ANP caused by the expansion of blood volume. To 10-12 weeks old male rats, 37% 5% dextran (20ml / kg) was administered within 1 minute. The acute blood volume expansion was used as the stimulating factor to measure the blood ANP content before and after stimulation. ANP determination by double antibody radioimmunoassay, Sep-Pak C_ (18) column extraction of ANP. Blood pressure and heart rate were continuously observed during the experiment, and rats in each group were set up as controls for simulated surgery.
