目的比较胶体金法(GICA)、酶联免疫法(ELISA)、电化学发光法(ECLIA)等3种方法检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)的效果。方法选取800例血清标本,分别采用GICA、ELISA、ECLIA等3种方法检测HBs Ag,以中和确认实验为参考方法来确定检测结果。结果 GICA法的灵敏度、特异度、符合率、Kappa值和ROC曲线下面积分别为91.30%、100.00%、98.51%、0.84、0.77,ELISA法为94.20%、99.73%、99.63%、0.91、0.82,ECLIA法为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、0.99、0.94。结论 ECLIA法的敏感度和特异度最高,是检测HBs Ag最可靠方法。
Objective To compare the effects of three methods, GICA, ELISA and ECLIA, on the detection of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBs Ag). Methods Eight hundred serum samples were selected for detection of HBsAg by three methods: GICA, ELISA and ECLIA, respectively. The neutralization confirmation test was used as the reference method to determine the test results. Results The sensitivity, specificity, coincidence rate, Kappa value and area under the ROC curve of the GICA method were 91.30%, 100.00%, 98.51%, 0.84 and 0.77, respectively. The ELISA method was 94.20%, 99.73%, 99.63%, 0.91,0.82, The ECLIA method is 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 0.99, 0.94. Conclusion ECLIA method has the highest sensitivity and specificity and is the most reliable method for detecting HBs Ag.
