本刊1975年第2期已发表了题为“激光与口腔医学”的综述,对激光的特点、激光对生物体的作用,以及在口腔医学方面的应用和研究情况作了较详细的介绍。现就“激光与口腔医学”有关的材料作些零星补充。1.应用于口腔医学研究的激光器:激光器的种类很多,按激光器所用材料不同可分为固体、气体、液体、化学、半导体等激光器。根据激光器的工作方式可分为脉冲式、连续式、突变激光器和超短脉冲激光器。目前正在进行研制的还有X射线激光器、原子能激光器、太阳能激光器等。而目前应用于口腔医学研究方面的是固体激光器中的红宝
