本文研究了辉光放电离子化学热处理的节能问题。分别从离子化学热处理工艺及设备结构上研究节能途径,并研制成功了离子化学热处理炉的节能装置。研究结果表明:离子化学热处理从工艺上节能的途径是要充分利用辉光放电对化学热处理过程的加速作用,但其加速作用随着工件单位表面积上辉光放电功率的增加而增大,因此采用辉光放电以外的辅助加热,从节能考虑是不利的;从设备上考虑节能的途径是在炉内增设封闭的绝热层,据此研制成功的节能装置,经测定,据工作温度不同,与普通离子化学热处理炉比较,可节
This paper studies the energy-saving problem of glow discharge ion chemical heat treatment. From the ion chemical heat treatment process and equipment structure to study the energy-saving approach, and the successful development of ion-chemical heat treatment furnace energy-saving device. The way to save energy from the equipment is to add a closed thermal insulation layer in the furnace. Based on this, a successful energy-saving device is developed.
