我国普惠性学前教育的发展研究

我国普惠性学前教育在经历了曲折的发展之后,迎来了新的发展机遇,党和政府日益重视普惠性学前教育的发展。目前我国普惠性学前教育发展面临的主要问题包括资源短缺、结构不合理、体制不健全、投入不足、质量不高、形式单一等。我国应采取以下发展普惠性学前教育的对策:关注弱势群体,扩大资源总量;调整内部结构,促进均衡发展;建立完善体制,健全法律法规;加大财政投入,合理使用经费;提升师资水平,开展质量评估;推进多样化发展,倡导合力教育,使我国普惠性学前教育向战略化、低龄化、多元化、国际化方向发展。 After our country’s universal pre-school education has undergone twists and turns, ushered in new opportunities for development. The party and the government have paid increasing attention to the development of universal pre-school education. At present, the main problems facing the development of inclusive universal pre-school education in our country include the shortage of resources, the irrational structure, the imperfect system, the insufficient input, the low quality and the single form. China should take the following measures to develop inclusive universal pre-school education: paying attention to the vulnerable groups and expanding the total amount of resources; adjusting internal structure to promote balanced development; establishing and perfecting the system and perfecting laws and regulations; increasing financial input and rational use of funds; , Carry out quality assessment; promote diversified development and promote joint education so that universal pre-school education in our country can develop in a strategic, younger, diversified and internationalized direction.
