阐明了液压伺服系统控制耕深的优越性、液压伺服系统的组成及工作原理,定量分析了位移传感器输出和给定耕深电位器输出与耕深的关系;并且还从田间试验的给定耕深、位移传感器测量耕深和田间实测耕深之间的关系,阐明了液压伺服控制系统控制关系的正确性及其优点,最后对液压伺服控制系统作出了评价。
The superiority of hydraulic servo system in controlling tillage depth, the composition and working principle of hydraulic servo system are expounded, and the relationship between the displacement sensor output and the output of tillage potentiometer and tillage depth is quantitatively analyzed. From the field experiment of given tillage The relationship between the depth of field and the actual measured depth of field was measured by depth and displacement sensors. The correctness and advantages of hydraulic servo control system were clarified. Finally, the hydraulic servo control system was evaluated.
