[目的]探讨早期子宫颈浸润鳞癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化EnVision法检测158例子宫颈浸润鳞癌组织和100例正常宫颈组织中COX-2表达。[结果]早期子宫颈鳞癌组织COX-2阳性表达率为55.70%(88/158),明显高于正常宫颈组织(0/100)(χ2=84.527,P=0.000)。单因素分析显示宫颈癌组织COX-2的表达水平与临床分期、宫颈深间质浸润和脉管内瘤栓有关(P<0.05);与年龄、淋巴结转移、复发/转移、病理分化程度及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。[结论]早期子宫颈鳞癌组织COX-2表达阳性者应慎重考虑术后辅助治疗方法。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression in early invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma. [Method] EnVision method was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 158 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 100 cases of normal cervical tissue. [Results] The positive expression rate of COX-2 in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 55.70% (88/158), which was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue (0/100) (χ2 = 84.527, P = 0.000). Univariate analysis showed that the expression level of COX-2 in cervical cancer was correlated with clinical stage, deep cervical stromal infiltration and vascular tumor thrombus (P <0.05), and with age, lymph node metastasis, recurrence / metastasis, pathological differentiation and tumor size Not related (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Patients with positive expression of COX-2 in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma should be carefully considered postoperative adjuvant therapy.
