患儿男 ,2岁。因左眼睑被铅笔尖刺伤 15ｄ ,眼睑红肿伴体温升高 12ｄ ,于 1999年 8月 11日急症入院。患儿入院前在当地医院静滴红霉素治疗无好转。入院体检示 ,体温 39 2℃ ,脉搏 112次 /ｍｉｎ ,体重 10ｋｇ,心肺听诊无异常 ,肝脾不大。眼科检查见右眼正常 ,左眼上睑高度红肿
