The link to the Angkor dynasty (9th-13th century AD) was a flourishing era in Cambodian history. The Angkor culture represented by architecture and carving art is a peak in the history of Cambodian culture development. Most of Angkor’s buildings have collapsed into ruins, but the scale of the Angkor monuments is magnificent, and its architectural art is still dazzling, and it is still amazing. According to the report, there were tens of thousands of craftsmen at the height of the building, and as many as 40,000 elephants were thrown into the stone! The archeologists described it as the Four Wonders of the East with the Great Wall of China, the Egyptian Pyramid, and Borobudur in Indonesia. In 1992, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee listed the entire Angkor monument as a world cultural heritage.
