2010年,我市推出了一种全新的中小学教师专业成长评选模式———“团队赛课。”这种教师竞长机制的出台,目的是为了力求建立课堂教学竞争机制、课堂行为改进机制、教师团队合作机制、教师队伍成长机制。特别是要求教师撰写磨课课例,意在“倒逼”着教师进行“深度”教学反思与教学探究。三年来,实践与调查都表明,“团队赛课”改变了中小学教师的教学理念,树立了中小学教师的研讨习惯,建立了中小学教师教研共同体,促进了中小学教师的专业成长。
