目的探讨七味白术散对人类轮状病毒(HRV)感染乳鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞的保护作用。方法 5日龄NIH乳鼠经口感染HRV建立乳鼠腹泻模型,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、七味白术散组、病毒唑组,各组乳鼠分别经口滴入相对应的治疗药物,3次/d(正常化与模型组给生理盐水)。分别于治疗后5d处死乳鼠,取乳鼠小肠粪便检测HRV,HE染色观察小肠黏膜病理变化。结果七味白术散治疗5d乳鼠肠粪便中HRV清除率明显优于模型组(P<0.05);七味白术散组乳鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞病变明显减轻,与模型组、病毒唑组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七味白术散能清除感染乳鼠肠道中的HRV,明显改善HRV感染乳鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞病变。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of “Qi Wei Baizhu San” on small intestinal mucosal epithelial cells infected with human rotavirus (HRV). Methods 5-day-old NIH suckling rats were infused with HRV to establish a model of diarrhea in suckling mice. They were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, Qiweibaizhu San group, ribavirin group, Treatment drugs, 3 times / d (normalized with saline in model group). The rats were sacrificed on the 5th day after treatment, HRV was detected in the small intestine of the suckling mice and the pathological changes of the small intestinal mucosa were observed by HE staining. Results Seven weeks of Baishuasan treatment 5d neonatal rat intestinal faeces HRV clearance rate was significantly better than the model group (P <0.05); Qiwei Baizhu San group significantly reduced intestinal mucosal epithelial cells in rats, compared with the model group and ribavirin group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Qiweibaizhu Powder can eliminate the HRV in the intestine of infected neonatal rats and significantly improve the pathological changes of small intestinal mucosa epithelial cells infected with HRV.
