枳实(Fructus aurantilii immaturus,FAI)是芸香科小乔木植物酸橙的未成熟果实,其主要成分有柠檬萜和陈皮甙等.枳实可使小肠消化间期复合肌电(interdigestive myoelectriccomplex,IMC)周期缩短,增强小肠平滑肌张力和运动功能.柠檬萜有调整豚鼠 MMC 周期的怍用,枳实及柠檬萜的效应可被阿托品明显抑制,提示枳实的怍用与 M 受体有关.柠檬萜可以通过血脑屏障作用于中枢神经系统,具有镇静作用及中枢抑制作用.尾核为锥体外系的一个组成部分,传统认为尾核参与躯体运动的调节,近年研究发现对胃肠运动也有调节作用.我们观察尾核微量注射柠檬萜对胃肠道电活动的影响,初步探讨柠檬萜在中枢神经系统影响胃肠道活动的可能机制.
Fructus aurantilii immaturus (FAI) is an unripe fruit of Litchi arborescens plant, mainly composed of lemon pods and tangerine peel, etc. It can make interdigestive myoelectric complex (IMC) in small intestine. The cycle shortens and enhances the smooth muscle tension and motor function of the small intestine. The lemon borer has the effect of adjusting the MMC cycle of the guinea pig, and the effect of the citrus aurantium and lemon borer can be obviously inhibited by atropine, suggesting that the amphibious anthraquinone use is related to the M receptor. The blood-brain barrier acts on the central nervous system and has a sedative effect and a central inhibitory effect. The caudate nucleus is a component of the extrapyramidal system. Traditionally, the caudate nucleus is involved in the regulation of somatic movement. Recent studies have also found that it regulates gastrointestinal motility. We observed the effect of microinjection of cicada limulus on the gastrointestinal tract electrical activity, and preliminary explored the possible mechanism of lemon palsy in the central nervous system affecting gastrointestinal tract activity.
