本文从企业和谐文化的提出入手,阐述了企业和谐文化的相关内涵,并从六个方面提出了企业和谐文化建设的途径:坚持以人为本管理,激发员工创造意识;培育整体价值观念,不断超越追求卓越;营造宽松和谐氛围,创建高效工作环境;鼓励不断学习创新,加强组织内外交流;坚持诚信公平经营,努力打造企业品牌;勇于承担社会责任,积极构建和谐社会。
